Costs
In addition to the best possible therapeutic and nursing care, the costs of outpatient intensive care should not be overlooked. These costs are divided into four categories. There are optional services available, depending on each individual's individual needs and financial means. We would be happy to advise you on this in a personalized care consultation. We can support you with many aspects and even suggest possible procedures.
Treatment care
The costs for treatment care according to SGB V (German Social Code Book V) are generally covered by health insurance companies upon presentation of a prescription for home nursing care. The maximum permissible amount can be up to 24 hours. Due to the cost allocation guidelines, the approval of home nursing care is likely to be low. Billing with statutory health insurance companies is handled directly by the service provider.
Basic care
DThe costs of basic care according to SGB XI are financed from long-term care insurance benefits. Depending on the extent of care
Depending on the need for intensive care, the associated care level determination by the medical service, and the reimbursement model of the health insurance companies, individual additional payments may be required from the person requiring care. If additional care benefits are required, an application for care assistance in accordance with Book XII of the Social Code (SGB XII) can be submitted to the responsible social welfare office.
Rental costs
EIn addition to the aforementioned costs, there are also additional costs for rent and operating costs. These are based on the local rent index. Operating costs are always calculated as a flat rate, so you always receive a consistent rent. Furthermore, we have never increased our rents. We consider transparency particularly important. If you need assistance moving into our shared apartment, please contact us. We offer a moving service.
Costs of everyday life
In order to prepare your desired meals, we need the appropriate ingredients. We are happy to purchase these for our patients. The patient pays for these themselves. In addition, co-payments for medication may apply. Depending on whether you are exempt from co-payments, costs may arise. There are also costs for broadcasting fees, even if you are not exempt. Patients may want to make a trip to the nearby shopping center, for example, to organize birthday presents for relatives. Of course, pocket money is also required for this.

Additional care services
§45b SGB XI
Every month
Regardless of whether you receive care allowance or care benefits in kind, every person in need of care is entitled to additional care services. These are benefits provided by the nursing care insurance fund, which may be subject to quotas. The additional care services can include, for example, snoezelen (snooze), reading the newspaper aloud, or biographical work. The maximum monthly amount is €125. We will, of course, assist you with the application process.

Every month
As soon as a person is in need of care, lives in their own home or in a shared apartment/assisted living facility, and is also supervised by their family members as part of their care, they are entitled to care aids worth up to €40 per month. These are limited to certain care aids, such as disinfectants, gloves, and face masks. We would be happy to assist you with the application process.
Living group supplement
§38a SGB XI
Every month
Similar to the additional care services, you must have a need for care. This also includes living in an outpatient group home. If the above criteria apply, you have the option of applying for the group home supplement. This is used to employ a care assistant who will exclusively attend to the needs and concerns of the residents of the shared home. In addition to the organization
