Our forms of care
Individualized care and therapy, along with promoting independence, are at the forefront of our work. At all ILMW - Intensiv Leben mit Wert locations, we offer our residents professional and personalized outpatient intensive care and respiratory care.
Outpatient intensive care and ventilation care for adults in shared living communities
ILMW - Intensiv Leben mit Wert (Intensive Living with Value) offers outpatient, individualized care for people with tracheostomies and/or requiring ventilation in assisted living facilities at its various locations. Our qualified nursing staff provides 24-hour care for a maximum of ten people within a shared living community.
We provide basic and treatment care services under the Social Code Book V and XI. Additional services can also be booked according to our service catalog.
The goal of our shared apartments is to enable our residents to live a fully independent life within a community. Naturally, we take all available resources into account and adopt a supportive and sustaining approach. The home-like atmosphere, in particular, allows our residents to specifically compensate for their deficits. The design of the rented apartment is in the hands of the residents, but we also offer support in this regard.
Outpatient intensive care and ventilation care for adults in their own home - 1 to 1
Those affected often wish to return to their own home. This goal is not always impossible. We offer this option to our patients. As in our shared living communities, we employ qualified nursing staff. Depending on the needs of those affected and their families, they can choose between 24-hour care or, for example, hourly care during the week.
