Our philosophy
Mission
Providing professionally competent care and acting humanely is our guiding principle!
Our goal is to provide high-quality care and treatment in a professional and personalized manner. We are guided by the idea of providing our residents with a worthwhile present and a promising future.
1. Basic value
We do not act on our own responsibility, but in the interest of the resident!
Our residents are cared for in a way that ensures they feel well cared for, both physically and mentally. In close collaboration with therapists and physicians, we determine their care and therapy needs and plan the necessary care and therapy in a goal-oriented manner.
2. Basic value
We strive to provide the best possible care for our residents. We make well-considered and professional decisions.
Our goal is to provide active care. Religion, national origin, gender, age, cultural affiliation, or ideological beliefs are irrelevant to us in this context. We consider the residents' resources, document the course of care and therapy, and continuously evaluate the effectiveness of the care and therapy measures.
3. Basic value
We are aware of our responsibility and act sustainably. Standing still is regression!
Care in our shared living communities is a two-way street! We involve the residents in this process. We advise each individual on which daily activities are important to them. Our nursing staff accepts each resident as they are and as they present themselves.
4. Basic value
The world thinks it has many centers. We have only one—our inhabitants!
The individual needs of each resident guide our actions. We pay close attention to the wishes of family, relatives, and close friends! We always involve you in our work for the benefit of those in need of care.
Vision
"Things will only get brighter when the many bright spots are followed by actions that are not less bright!"
